Most carpet manufactures void warranty if carpet is not professional cleaned by STEAM cleaning. There are a few different types of carpet cleaning methods. The one method that has been around for years is bonnet cleaning for low moisture and quick dry times. The issue with bonnet cleaning is that shampoos are mostly used and not fully extracted. Therefore, rapid re-soiling occurs from the existing shampoo and sticky residue.
We use kid and pet safe cleaners that loosens up the soil, allergens, and residue in carpet. Then we steam clean at around 220–230 degrees. Some carpet cleaners use soaps and shampoos to clean the carpet with that leave residue and a high pH level in the carpets. NOT GOOD! If not removed properly, soaps and shampoos will remain in the carpet, causing sticky residue and rapid resoiling. This will also cause the carpet to be destroyed faster. Over wetting carpet can also be an issue for other carpet cleaners. Carpets should not be wet for 24 hours or more. Dry time for steam cleaning in most homes is 6–12 hours, but can be less or more.
Our general carpet steam cleaning includes a safe preconditioner cleaner treatment plus steam cleaning. If you have any bio-waste in your carpet (urine, feces, vomit, blood), a special process is needed to remove properly and an additional fee will be applied. Our technicians will inspect the carpet with a UV black light for bio-waste contamination and then confirm with customer what areas need proper treatment. Please keep in mind that a regularly vacuumed room of carpet will help in maintaining the life of the carpet. All residential carpet should be professionally cleaned at least twice a year and heavily traffic commercial carpet more frequently. Your flooring is a long term investment and should be maintained to get the life and value out of it.

Montrey did the actual carpet cleaning for 3 rooms with carpet and we did the add-on of pet urine decontamination & odor removal and deep scrub/agitation. The add on is an additional $150 (3 rooms) and +$75 for the deep scrub and $40 set-up fee + $150 for standard cleaning. They accept zelle/cash/cc for payment. Montrey made sure we were satisfied prior to leaving and was hospitable and knowledgeable. Was done within 2 hours. Overall, good service.
