I was informed before any extra work I already knew I needed was done. More rooms were cleaned than I expected based on other companies definition of rooms. My carpet looks terrific, and even the rooms that had cat odor issues are incredible. I could not have been more impressed. Very knowledgeable, thorough, efficient, and friendly. “I am completely blown away by the service I received from these guys today! I had another company scheduled to come out and clean my carpet this morning but they cancelled at the last minute. I REALLY needed it to get done today. After calling several companies, the people from Busy Bee called me back and told me that they would work me in this afternoon! Two guys came and had my filthy (I have a 2 yr old and a dog) carpet looking the best it has looked since I moved in! Thank you guys! It looks AMAZING!!!”
